Master’s level professionals who are trained to help with a range of problems such as but not limited to the following:

Who Is Covered?:
- You and your household members, anyone living within your household even if they are not biologically related to you!
- Any child living outside of your household who is 21 and under.
Your EAP Is Confidential:
- No identifying information is given to your employer regarding your visits.
- Quarterly reports are supplied to the employer with tallies to indicate the number of people who have used the service, no identifying information is given!
- Appointments for clients from the same company are not scheduled back to back.
- Telephonic and virtual appointments are available should in-person counseling be a concern.
What To Expect:
- A welcoming and warm environment in which you will be accepted for your concerns and met with understanding.
- You will be asked to fill out some necessary paperwork and assessments prior to your appointment.
- You will meet your counselor and they will learn with you about your concerns within 1-3 sessions. Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.
- The counselor will either work with you on a short term basis (7-9 sessions), or they will help you to connect to a resource that suits the needs of the concerns you have discussed.
Ways The EAP Can Be Utilized:
- Self Referral, call the EAP and set up an appointment on your own.
- Suggested Referral, informally suggest a co-worker utilize the EAP for troubles they may have.
- Supervisory referral, a referral process in which a mandated referral by management is made to assist an employee in addressing job performance related concerns. CFLR counselors do not determine employment status.

- Mondays and Fridays from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Tuesdays - Thursdays 8:30am to 8:00pm.
