Center for Family Life and Recovery to take part in local giving campaign

Utica, NY – Center for Family Life and Recovery (CFLR) will participate in the first ever Mohawk Valley Gives 24-hour day of giving on September 20th, 2022. CFLR will help commemorate The Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties for their 70th anniversary supporting our local community. Local businesses can participate by donations or committing to matching funds and challenge incentives, see https://foundationhoc.org/impact/mvgives/ Individuals can support our campaign by visiting https://givemv.org/organizations/center-for-family-life-and-recovery-inc

“We are grateful for The Community Foundation to have organized this first-time community fundraiser. It will not only help all the local agencies, like CFLR, raise much needed funds for important programming, but it will also bring awareness to CFLR and our services. And if we help one person get on their journey to recovery, that is what it is all about” says Cassandra Sheets, CEO of Center for Family Life and Recovery.
