At the Center for Family Life and Recovery (CFLR, Inc.), our people are the heart of everything we do. Each day, our staff bring compassion, expertise, and dedication to support individuals and families across Utica, Rome, Herkimer, Syracuse, and the surrounding Central New York region.
From executive leadership to program coordinators and frontline staff, our team shares one mission: to inspire hope, provide help, and promote lifelong wellness.
Executive Leadership

My ‘why’ in leading the Center for Family Life and Recovery is rooted in integrity, courage, and light. I believe that true leadership means showing up authentically – with honesty, empathy, and the strength to face hard truths while staying aligned with our mission of help, hope, and recovery. Each day, I lead to create spaces of trust and belonging where others can shine, grow, and step into their own light.
It’s a rewarding career that allows me to use my compassion while seeing how our agency works as a team to support the community and educate others, helping individuals find hope and a better path forward.
Program Leadership Team

I strive to be a vessel of hope and compassion, helping others see that healing and transformation are always possible.
As the adult child of an alcoholic and someone who has overcome personal struggles with mental health and relationships, I work at CFLR to be a beacon of light – a safe, judgment-free space where people can be helped, heard, and hugged.
With everything I have overcome – addiction in my family, personal loss, and a life-changing injury – I bring a passion for holistic healing. My experiences have shown me the power of recovery begins not only in the body, but the mind and heart, and I am proud to align that purpose with CFLR’s mission every day.
Committed to creating meaningful pathways that bridge the gap between active addiction and recovery wellness, I am driven to empower individuals through compassion and connection that fosters lasting change in the community.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and families on their recovery journey and helping our community build hope, strength, and lasting wellness.
When I was younger, a mentor believed in me, guided me, and helped me see potential I couldn’t yet recognize in myself. That experience shaped me into who I am today and drives my work with CFLR and the PINS Unit, where I strive to be that same supportive presence for youth and families, empowering them to overcome challenges and believe in their own potential.
I love that we are an employee focused company that can come together as a team and be involved in the change that takes place in our community.
