Education, Early Intervention, and Support for Youth, Families, and Communities
CFLR’s Prevention Program empowers young people and families with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to make healthy choices — today and throughout their lives.
About the Program
The Center for Family Life and Recovery, Inc. (CFLR, Inc.) has been providing prevention services in Oneida and Herkimer Counties for over 40 years. Our Prevention & Education Program empowers youth, families, and communities with evidence-based education, early intervention, and skill-building. We address substance use, mental health, violence prevention, and personal safety through a combination of school-based programs, community workshops, and long-standing partnerships.
CFLR provides a continuum of prevention strategies designed to create safer, healthier communities—while equipping young people and families with the skills they need to thrive.
