CFLR’s Family Support Navigation (FSN) program is a trusted resource for individuals and families seeking help as they navigate the challenges of addiction and mental health. Whether you’re exploring treatment options, working to rebuild trust, or simply need someone to listen, we are here to walk alongside you.
Through counseling, educational workshops, supportive groups, and sober family activities, we help families strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, and rediscover connection and hope.

FSN is a support program that helps families understand addiction, improve communication, and access resources. It provides education, counseling, groups, and tools to help families heal and support a loved one without losing themselves in the process.
No. You do not need a family member to be in treatment to receive support. Many families reach out when they’re unsure what to do next, need guidance, or simply want someone to talk to.
No. All services — including classes, support groups, workshops, and consultations — are provided at no cost to families.
Support may include C.R.A.F.T. education, addiction science workshops, boundary-setting classes, counseling, group support, resource navigation, sober family activities, and referrals to treatment or community partners.
Anyone affected by a loved one’s substance use or mental health challenges can participate. We serve individuals and families of all ages in Oneida, Herkimer, and Otsego Counties.
