Our services are designed to meet people where they are—whether they need immediate counseling, peer support, prevention education, or specialized programs for unique needs. Each area of service reflects our belief that when there’s help, there’s hope.
Family Recovery Services
Support, education, and tools for families navigating the impact of addiction or mental health challenges. Our Family Recovery Services team provides counseling, skill-building, and guided support to help families heal, rebuild trust, and strengthen communication.
Recovery & Peer Support
Compassionate, lived-experience support for individuals on the journey of recovery. Our Peer Recovery Specialists offer coaching, mentorship, groups, and resources that empower people to build hope, resilience, and lasting change.
Prevention & Education
Evidence-based prevention programming for youth, families, and schools. We provide early intervention, classroom education, and skill-building workshops that promote healthy decision-making and reduce risk across the community.
PINS Diversion Program
Early intervention and support for youth facing behavioral, emotional, or school-related challenges. The PINS Diversion Program works with families in Herkimer County to address concerns before court involvement through counseling, skill-building, and community coordination.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Confidential counseling, workplace support, and training for employees, families, and organizations across New York State. EAP helps individuals manage life’s challenges while strengthening workplace wellness and leadership.
