CFLR, the City of Rome, and the Oneida County Suicide Prevention Coalition present the 4th Annual Winter Bash on Friday, Feb 19, 12–3 PM at Kennedy Arena. Enjoy crafts, giveaways, a live DJ, community resources, and free open ice skating from 1–3 PM. Complimentary hot chocolate and popcorn; other concessions available. Free and all ages welcome.
