Everyone needs a little support now and then. Are you a frontline worker in New York State struggling w/ challenges of “the new normal?” We’re here to help! This four-week virtual support group provides a safe place to talk & connect in a small group setting moderated by a caring & professional counselor(s). This group will be best for those that are comfortable openly talking about stress, burnout, and related topics together to receive support from their peers.
