- Serves as an advocate, facilitator, monitor, supporter and primary resource and referral agent for assigned clients.
- Maintains and enhances the quality of life and prevents psychiatric hospitalizations by reducing the stresses in community life.

Job Title: Data and Front Office Assistant
Reports to: Office Systems Manager
Employment Status: Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $30,000-$35,000
Position Summary: The Data and Front office Assistant will work closely with the Office Systems Manager. This team member will be skilled in customer service, data management initiatives and administrative functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with paperwork.
- Assist with preparation and filing of confidential material.
- Scheduling and communication with clients.
- Process mail, register on deposit logs, enter donations in CRM.
- Assist finance department in running monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
- Create, develop, and implement data processing in collaboration with the Office Systems manager.
- Retrieve files and work in the data platform each day.
- Use data equipment to record assigned data.
- Additional duties with the Finance department as needed.
- Work with the marketing and events department to maintain database, enter donations received, create and process timely correspondence with donors.

Qualifications/preferred skills:
- Must be an excellent team player and problem-solver who can balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Data entry experience.
- High School diploma/equivalent required.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
- Microsoft forms, Excel, Sharepoint, power automate knowledge preferred.
- Understanding of HIPPAA and privacy regulations
- Experience working with WordPress a plus.

Job Title: Family Support Navigation
Reports To: Director of Family Support Navigation

Job Summary
Responsible for the delivery of the Family Support Navigation Services throughout Oneida County. Will assist families struggling with addiction issues to navigate barriers and connect to services.
Duties/Responsibilities
Program Services:
- Develop and facilitate the delivery of high-quality, results-oriented program.
- Assist families in connecting with Managed Care Organizations; treatment facilities; hospitals; community organizations; and support groups.
- Prepare reports and program outcomes, evaluate results, and strategically plan for future.
- Work with other staff members to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to mission-focused, family support program delivery.
- Collect service delivery data, review reports and program outcomes, evaluate results, and strategically plan for future.
Public Relations and Recruitment:
- Foster the development and implementation of media marketing around all events and programs in support of family.
- Coordinate an agency presence and voice on community committees, events, and coalitions.

Qualifications:
- Preferred minimum of associate degree in a related field and 2 years of experience. A Bachelor’s Degree in related human service field in psychology, addictions, social work, education, human services, social science or related field is strongly preferred.
- Familiar with OASAS, community liaisons, and OD Mapping.
- Public speaking and presenting are a must.
- Demonstrated ability in public relations and speaking, program development/implementation and organization.
- Current and valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide community presentations, activities, and/or events as requested and our related to prevention.
- Implement Evidence Based Programming with schools and/or the community.
- Establish and build relationships with school districts and community organizations. Attend local, regional and state meetings/coalitions and trainings as relevant and requested.
- Compile program data for local and state reporting requirements for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Develop and participate in events, and activities.
- Assist in strategic planning and development and following work plan.
- Data collection and report quality outcomes of services as requested.
- Market and network all prevention and agency services and programs.
- Assist with completion of programming related to the OASAS work plan.
- Build collaborative partnerships with local, regional and state agencies.
- Provide education and awareness for website, social media, prevention monthly newsletters, virtual and in-person presentations and trainings.
- Travel required within Oneida County.
- Will provide Narcan training and analyze OD Mapping for prevention outreach and programming.
- Work with prevention team and agency to enhance community and school-based services and programming.
- Become familiar and well versed in community agencies and supportive services.
- Assist with fundraising and grant writing.
- Perform other duties as requested.
